We focus our efforts in core areas where we believe Pfizer is best positioned to bring unique therapies to patients including chronic inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, vaccines, oncology, neuroscience and pain, cardiovascular and metabolic disease, rare diseases, and biosimilars. Many of these research areas are being studied in Canadian clinical trials.

We know that it takes more than just great science to deliver meaningful new therapies. Our approach is to collaborate in new and dynamic ways with academic scientists, patient advocacy groups, governments, other biopharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals.
