Pfizer Canada Ranked #1 by 100 Canadian Patient Advocacy Groups

KIRKLAND, QC, August 12, 2024 – Pfizer is proud to announce that it has been ranked as the most reputable pharmaceutical company in Canada by Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs) in the 2023 PatientView survey. This recognition highlights Pfizer Canada's commitment to patient-centricity and its dedication to fostering strong relationships with patient groups.

PatientView’s The Corporate Reputation of Pharma—from the Perspective of Canadian Patient Groups, 2023 contains the results of a November 2023 to late-February 2024 survey, answered by 100 Canadian patient groups. The 100 stated that, collectively, they had actively supported and served almost 2 million Canadian patients during 2023.

The PatientView survey, an annual assessment of the pharma industry's performance, provides PAGs with an opportunity to comment on and evaluate the corporate reputation of pharmaceutical companies.

In the 2023 edition, 17 pharma companies were ranked against their peers, and Pfizer Canada emerged as the top performer, among PAGs both familiar with Pfizer and those who work with Pfizer.

The PatientView survey provides valuable insights into the strengths and areas for improvement between Pfizer Canada and PAGs.
